Who we are

RED88 is Cory and Liam. We work with business owners who are thinking about selling, want consulting help, or are looking for investment. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit red88partners.com or book a call with us.

What we collect

When you book a call:

Your name, email address and phone number.
The answers you give in the booking form.

When you visit the site:

Your IP address and browser type.
The pages you visit.
Where you came from, such as the ad or website that sent you here.
Campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), which tell us which ad or button brought you here.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records visits and actions on the site, such as viewing a page, and uses cookies so Meta can tell which of our ads led to a visit or a booked call. Our booking page also tells Meta when a call is booked.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

What we share with Meta

To measure how our advertising performs and to show relevant ads, we may share information with Meta, including a hashed version of your email address and phone number. Hashing irreversibly scrambles the information into a code before it leaves us, so Meta does not receive your plain contact details from us. Meta can only match the code against information it already holds.

We also tell Meta when you reach certain steps with us, for example when your introductory call is completed.

Sharing with our network

If you are a business owner and you tell us about an opportunity, we may share details of that opportunity with buyers, investors or consultants in our network, including members of a private paid community we run. We only do this if you give us your verbal consent on the call. What we share can include details about your business and may include your name and contact details.

We never share the recording or transcript of your call with our network.

To measure which of our advertising works.

Call recording

Introductory calls are recorded and transcribed. We tell you this at the start of the call and ask for your verbal consent.

Where your information is stored

Some of the service providers we use to run our booking, calls and records store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of the country where it is held.

How long we keep it

Booking details and our records of your enquiry: 24 months after our last contact with you.
Call recordings and transcripts: if your opportunity is shared with our community, for as long as it stays published plus 24 months. If it is never published, 24 months from the date of the call.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at [email protected].

To opt out of advertising tracking, you can:

Change your ad settings in Meta's Ad Preferences (in your Facebook or Instagram account).
Block or delete cookies in your browser.
